Anchored to the deck with brass anchors and springs, rated to hold weight when installed correctly. Rain drains through, and fine debris and some sunlight get in. The most popular metro choice for closed pools. Typically $1,000–$3,000 installed.
Same anchor system, but with solid fabric that blocks light and debris completely. The pool opens cleaner, but you'll need a cover pump or drain panel for rain. Typically $1,500–$3,600 installed.
A motorized cover on a track that opens and closes with a key switch. It covers the pool whenever it's not in use, cutting evaporation, heat loss and chemical use year-round. Best planned during a build or remodel. About $8,000–$20,000 installed.
Solar bubble covers hold heat in spring and fall, and a reel system makes them easy to use. Winter tarps with water bags are the budget option for closed pools, but they are not safety covers.
Central Oklahoma is hard on pool covers. Strong south winds, winter cold fronts and spring storms will catch any loose edge. A cover is only as good as its fit and anchoring:
If you already own a cover, we'll handle it every season. In fall we balance the water, add winter chemicals, clean the pool and install the cover. In spring we remove the cover, clean and dry it, fold it for storage and open the pool. Between visits, a monthly winter plan keeps an eye on water level, cover condition and storm debris.
Replacing an old cover? Safety covers usually last many years, but sun and wind wear out straps, springs and fabric. If yours has tears, missing anchors or sagging straps, we'll measure for a replacement that fits the existing anchors where possible.
Mesh is the most common choice here. It's lighter, drains rain and snowmelt through the fabric, and holds up to wind. Solid covers block all sunlight and debris, so the pool opens cleaner, but they need a pump or drain panel to deal with standing water from Oklahoma rain.
