How these prices compare
We built these ranges from what homeowners actually pay in the metro, not from national averages. Local independents publish weekly rates around $60–$70 per visit plus $40–$80 a month in chemicals, and openings or closings from about $300 plus chemicals. What moves your price
- Pool size and shape. More surface to brush and vacuum means more time.
- Trees. Mature pecans, oaks and cottonwoods can double debris time in spring and fall.
- Spa and features. Attached spas, sheer descents and bubblers add time and checks.
- Equipment. A robotic cleaner and a cartridge filter make visits faster, while an aging sand filter and single-speed pump need more attention.
- Chemistry style. Salt pools use less chlorine but more acid and periodic cell cleaning.
Weekly vs. every-other-week: the real math
On paper, every-other-week service costs about 25% less per month than weekly. In July it often costs more. A single missed algae bloom costs $300 or more to recover, which erases months of savings. That's why we recommend weekly service from late May through mid-September and every-other-week for the rest of the year. You still get most of the savings without the risk.

Why don't you include chemicals in a flat monthly price?
Chemical demand in central Oklahoma can double between May and August. A flat all-in price has to be set for the worst month, so you overpay most of the year. Itemizing keeps pricing fair, and your visit report shows exactly what went in.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No long-term contract. Service is month to month. Pools that need a green recovery or a startup before weekly service pay for that as a one-time service. Otherwise there's no setup fee.
What makes my price higher or lower than the range?
Pool size, heavy tree cover, an attached spa or water features, older equipment that needs more attention, and distance from the route. A small, newer pool with a robotic cleaner and little shade debris usually prices at the low end.
